      电能质量恶化导致低压配电网能耗明显增加,而目前多数研究局限于单一电能质量指标对单一电网设备能耗造成的影响,缺乏整体性分析。针对此,提出一种基于主客观组合赋权法的低压配电网电能质量能耗综合评估方法。首先考虑当前低压配电网中的典型电能质量指标和能耗设备,构建电能质量能耗综合评估指标体系。然后采用改进层次分析法确定主观权重,采用变异系数法确定客观权重,综合考虑主、客观权重对各项指标进行组合赋权。最后基于组合权重值建立电能质量能耗综合评估模型。实际算例分析验证了该方法的有效性,评估结果也更加准确、合理。
英文摘要:
      The deterioration of power quality leads to a significant increase in energy consumption of low voltage distribution network, but most of the current research is limited to the impact of single power quality index on the energy consumption of single equipment and lacking of overall analysis. In view of this, a comprehensive evaluation method for power quality energy consumption of low voltage distribution network based on subjective and objective combination weight is proposed. Firstly, the typical power quality indicators and energy-consuming equipment in the current low voltage distribution network are considered, and a comprehensive evaluation index system of power quality energy consumption is constructed. Besides, the improved analytic hierarchy process is used to determine the subjective weight, and the coefficient of variation method is used to determine the objective weight. The subjective weight and objective weight are considered comprehensively to calculate the combination weight of each index. Finally, a model for comprehensive evaluation of power quality energy consumption is established based on the combination weight. The validity of the proposed method is verified by the analysis of practical examples, and the evaluation results are more accurate and reasonable.
