      针对Buck变换器传统输出纹波电压分析不够精确的问题,提出了考虑电容等效串联电阻(equivalent series resistance,ESR)的纹波电压建模方法,较之传统的纹波电压分析方法,本文提出的建模方法不仅能反映其非线性本质特征,而且该建模结果具有较高的精度。仿真和实验结果验证了理论分析的正确性,研究结果可为高精度Buck变换器分析和设计提供理论依据。
英文摘要:
      In view of the inaccuracy of the traditional output ripple voltage analysis of Buck converter, a ripple voltage modeling method considering equivalent series resistance (ESR) is proposed. Compared with the traditional ripple voltage analysis method, the proposed modeling method can not only reflect its non-linear essential characteristics, but also has high accuracy. The simulation and experimental results validate the correctness of the theoretical analysis. The research results can provide theoretical basis for the analysis and design of high-precision Buck converter.
