      该文介绍了完整的关口电能表在线监测与远程故障诊断系统。通过实时采集关口电能表、CT、PT二次回路信号,实现对计量装置的7×24小时全天候运行状态监测。通过异常事件数据库实现对异常事件的判别、记录、告警,系统还可以通过故障仿真平台还原现场故障电压、电流波形,实现关口电能表实验室误差检验。该系统能够全面提高关口计量装置的运维管理水平,保证计量设备安全稳定运行。
英文摘要:
      This paper introduces a complete online monitoring and remote fault diagnosis system for electricity meters at gateways.The all-time state monitoring of the metering device is realized by collecting the signals of electricity meters at gateways, CT and PT secondary circuits in real time.The functions of distinguishing, recording and warning of abnormal events are realized by the abnormal event library.The voltage and current waveforms generated by various faults can be reproduced on the fault simulation platform in the laboratory to realize remote error testing.The system can comprehensively improve the level of operation and maintenance management of metering devices at gateways and ensure the safe and stable operation of metering equipment.
