A high-speed solid-state storage system based on eMMC is designed for high-speed storage tasks of relevant parameters in the warhead cabin. The system uses FPGA as the control chip to realize the function of receiving and storing the PCM data and image data output by the integrated data synthesizer, thereby improving the compatibility of the system. Compared with the traditional storage system, the storage unit of the system uses the eMMC device, which concentrates on bad block detection and complex system management problems on a single chip[1], and is more convenient to use than the conventional Flash. The experiment proves that the high-speed solid-state storage system based on eMMC can ensure reliable reception and storage of data without error, and at the same time it has its own protection ability, which can adapt to harsh environments such as landing impact.
