      针对由风电出力不稳定性和间歇性所导致的电压不稳定的问题,本文充分结合FACTS技术的优点,提出一种将统一相间功率控制器(UIPC)和静止同步补偿器(STATCOM)联合起来,应用于风电并网系统中的方法,以改善风电并网系统的暂态电压稳定性。该方法是在风电场与电网的连接线上串联统一相间功率控制器(UIPC),将STATCOM并联在风电场的母线上;利用UIPC调节风电场与电网之间的功率的流动,并在系统发生短路故障时限制短路电流,以此降低故障发生时母线电压跌落的程度,同时使用STATCOM进行无功补偿,使电压得到及时的恢复。本文通过建立相应的仿真模型,利用UIPC和STATCOM对风电并网系统电压稳定性进行联合控制,结果表明该方式在风电并网系统中会使系统电压暂态稳定性得到极大的加强。
英文摘要:
      In order to solve the problem of voltage instability caused by the instability and intermittentity of wind power generation, Considering to the advantages of FACTS technology. This paper proposes a method to combine the Unified Interphase Power Controller (UIPC) and the Static Synchronous Compensator (STATCOM) into the wind power grid-connected system to improve the transient voltage stability of the grid-connected system. The method connects the Unified Interphase Power Controller in series with the connection line between the wind farm and the power grid, and connects the STATCOM to the bus line of the wind farm. UIPC adjusted using the flow between the wind farm power grid, and to limit short circuit current in the system short-circuit failure, thereby reducing the degree of short-circuit fault occurs in the bus voltage drop. STATCOM is used for reactive power compensation in order to restore voltage in time. The corresponding simulation model results show that UIPC and STATCOM are connected to the wind power grid-connected system, which will greatly enhance the system voltage stability.
