      针对电压质量影响着用户负荷的正常释放的问题,为了定量衡量电压质量对用户负荷的影响程度,本文提出了一种基于电能量数据的电压偏低型隐形缺供电量估算方法。首先,从电量的角度探讨了电压偏差与用户侧供电可靠性的关联关系,阐述了隐性缺供电量的概念和价值;其次,提出了电压偏低型隐性缺供电量的估算方法,考虑了行业用户负荷的时变性和电能质量敏感度,从时间和电压两个维度上构建了不同类型用户的分时段静态有功负荷模型;然后,利用这一负荷模型估算各类用户的隐性缺供电量和失电量比指标,用于衡量用户侧供电可靠性受电压偏低的影响程度;最后,通过算例分析,验证了本文方法的可行性和合理性。

      Aiming at the problem that voltage quality affects normal release of user load, in order to quantitatively measure the influence of voltage quality, this paper proposes an estimation method of low voltage type hidden energy not supplied based on electric energy data. Firstly, the relationship between voltage deviation and user side power supply reliability is discussed from the perspective of power consumption, as well as the concept and value of hidden energy not supplied. Secondly, the hidden energy not supplied estimation method is proposed. The time-varying and power quality sensitivity of user load is considered, and the time-division static active load model of different types of user is constructed from the two dimensions of time and voltage. Then, this load model is used to estimate the hidden energy not supplied and electricity shortage ratio of various users, to measure the influence degree of low voltage on user side power supply reliability. Finally, an example proves that the method proposed in this paper shows practical application value.
