The bidirectional DC/DC converter plays a role in realizing the energy flow between the distributed power supply and the DC bus. By the DC/DC converter of distributed power supplies, energy storage devices and loads connected to the DC micro grid, has become an important model for future power supply. In this paper, the hardware of bidirectional full-bridge DC/DC converter is designed and fabricated, the power device parameters of converter are analyzed, calculated and selected, and the test and parameter adjustment are carried out.
