      用户侧分布式储能可以为电网提供调峰、需求侧响应等辅助服务,是一种优质的可调节资源,随着安装规模的不断增加,如何对用户侧分布式储能进行有效利用是未来电力系统与电力市场发展关键问题之一。本文分析当前对分布式储能的需求并提出运营平台架构设计方案,按照省级运营平台与储能管理平台分开部署,从总体架构、物理架构、功能架构、应用架构与技术架构五方面开展研究,对支撑平台运营的通讯技术和数据模型,以及运营评价模块和辅助决策模块进行了详细分析。
英文摘要:
      User-side distributed energy storage is a kind of high-quality adjustable resource which can provide auxiliary services such as peak shaving and demand response forpower grid. With the increasing installation of user-side distributed storage, how to effectively use user-side distributed energy storage is one of the key issues of future development of power system and electricity market. This paper proposes a two-level operation platform architecture design, which is deployed separately from regional energy storage management platform and storage operation platform, and discusses the communication technology and data model which support the operation of platform from five perspectives including system architecture、physical architecture、functional、application architecture and technical architecture. In addition, the article analyzes the operational evaluation module and the assistant module in detail.
