      本文在考虑地区电网实际的基础上,对配电网生产管理系统、电网调度自动化系统、用户用电信息采集系统、气象信息系统以及全业务数据中心的配电网数据进行深度挖掘,提出了基于CIM的配电线路拓扑结构图重构方法,并提出了对中、低压配电网的现状自动进行诊断分析的具体思路和实施步骤。并针对配电网存在的线路分段过多、网架冗余问题、供电半径过大等主要问题,提出了配电网自动诊断分析的具体方法及实施步骤。并以某市电网进行实例计算分析,列举了配电网现状自动诊断分析结果,获得了与一流配电网目标之间的差距,验证了本文所提出的配电网现状自动诊断分析方法的有效性。
英文摘要:
      On the basis of considering the actual situation of regional power grid, this paper deeply excavates the distribution network data of production management system, dispatching automation system, user power information acquisition system, meteorological information system and full-service data center of distribution network, puts forward the reconfiguration method of distribution line topology based on CIM, and puts forward the automatic implementation of the status quo of medium and low voltage distribution network. The specific thinking and implementation steps of diagnostic analysis. In view of the main problems existing in the distribution network, such as too large power supply radius, too small line diameter, too many segments, redundancy of connection, etc., the transformation measures of the specific problems of taking line as unit and transforming distribution into node are generated. The validity and feasibility of the proposed model and method are verified by the calculation and analysis of a city"s power grid.
