      随着西气东输项目的开展,为确保输气管道处于良好的工作状态,避免腐蚀泄露导致安全事故的发生,管道电位采集仪的研究越发的重要,其校准对管道电位采集仪的应用也有着很重大的影响。设计一种基于LabVIEW虚拟仪器技术的管道电位采集仪自动校准系统,使用计算机通过USB接口和RS232串口控制标准信号源、数字万用表和管道电位采集仪等的电压电流输入输出和数据交换,实现了管道电位采集仪的自动校准、数据采集和数据的分析与存储。通过最小二乘法对校准采集数据进行多次拟合对比,能够大大缩短校准时间以提高校准效率,消除了手动校准过程中的误操作所带来的安全隐患。
英文摘要:
      With the development of project of natural gas transmission from West to East China, in order to ensure that the pipeline is in good working condition and avoid safety accidents caused by corrosion leakage, the research of the pipeline potential collector becomes more and more important, and its calibration has a significant impact on the application of the pipeline potential collector. An automatic calibration system of the pipeline potential collector is designed and based on LabVIEW virtual instrument technology. The input and output of voltage and current, data exchange of standard signal source, digital multimeter and pipeline potential collector are controlled by computer through USB interface and RS232 serial port. The automatic calibration, data acquisition and data analysis and storage of the pipeline potential collector are realized. Through multiple fitting and contrast of calibration acquisition data by least square method, time of the calibration can be greatly shortened to improve the calibration efficiency, and the hidden safety hazards caused by misoperation in manual calibration process can be eliminated.
