中文摘要:
      针对含电动汽车充电桩并网的主动配电网优化配置问题,考虑系统采用价格型需求侧管理方案,制定主动配电网的优化配置方案。首先建立主动配电网价格型需求侧管理方案以及负荷响应模型。其次建立系统优化配置方法,所提出的方法计及购置成本,安装成本,运维成本,运行成本,设备残值建立综合配置成本最小为目标函数；考虑系统功率平衡约束,微源运行约束,节点电压约束等必要约束条件建立优化配置模型。采用混沌粒子群算法对所建立的模型进行求解。最后通过一个优化配置算法表明,得到的配置方案能够满足一般负荷和电动汽车充电负荷的用电需求,同时主动配电网在并网模式下配置低于高于离网模式下,在计及需求侧管理下的配置成本低于不考虑需求侧管理情况下。
