The vibration method is a method for judging the health state of the internal winding by collecting vibration information of the transformer tank wall, and has the characteristics of high detection efficiency and high detection precision. Theoretical research shows that the vibration signal is weak at steady state, and is affected by multiple factors such as the health of the winding, the current and voltage values of the transformer during operation, and environmental information. The traditional vibration acquisition device is mostly integrated structure, which has defects in acquisition accuracy and anti-interference ability. Because the vibration signal source and the voltage and current signal source are not distributed at the same time, the vibration information cannot be accurately judged. In this paper, a distributed vibration detecting device is designed. The vibration collecting unit with high precision and strong anti-interference ability is installed next to the transformer to collect the vibration signal. The current and voltage collecting unit is installed at the secondary side terminal of the transformer, and the obtained signal is unified by optical fiber. It is sent to the upper computer in the main control room for analysis, and the sampling unit realizes synchronous sampling through the optical fiber. The system has achieved stable operation in the Zhou Jiazui Substation in Shanghai.
