      相量的准确测量可为电力部门提供电网准确动态数据,通过分析电网中不同地点、不同时刻的相量,可以发现窃电行为。本文提出双谱线对称插值FFT相量测量算法,给出了用于反窃电的实时相量测量装置硬件设计方案。论文详细介绍了信号调理与采集模块、数据处理模块、通信模块的设计原理,最后给出了仿真和测量结果。
英文摘要:
      Accurate phasor measurement can provide accurate dynamic data and fault information for power system. Electricity theft can be found by analyzing the phasors at different locations and at different times in the power grid. In this paper, a double spectral line symmetric interpolation FFT phase measurement algorithm is proposed, and a hardware design scheme of real-time phase measuring device for reverse power theft is presented. In this paper, the design principle of signal conditioning and acquisition module, data processing module and communication module is introduced in detail, and the simulation and measurement results are given at last.
