      针对新能源监测中偏远地区通信不便的问题,研制了一种基于北斗短报文通信的新能源监测系统,进行新能源电网监测信息的远程传输和控制。文章首先给出了该系统的整体架构,然后从系统关键设计等方面论述了系统方案中的一些主要功能设计思路,并详细给出了系统软件实现流程,最后,进行了实验测试,测试结果表明所研制系统的可行性,可以作为新能源电网监测的一种高效可靠方案。
