      针对采用单一开关量信息来判断电网故障而存在的可靠性差和精度低等问题,本文提出了一种基于改进Petri网和Hilbert变换的多源信息融合电网故障诊断方法。首先对电网的故障信息数据进行特征提取,通过改进的层次化加权模糊 Petri网实现开关量到元件模糊故障度的转化,利用改进Hilbert变换对录波电气信息进行分析而得到元件所对应的故障度;然后采用改进的D-S证据理论进行开关信息和电气信息的融合;最后再采用的改进的C-均值法来对电网元件故障进行决策。实际电网测试表明,所提方法在复杂的电网故障场景下能够精确地实现故障元件的诊断,在实际工程中具有较好的应用前景。
