      为满足配电网施工作业安全管控与施工作业质量管控的需要,有效提高配电网工程现场工作的管控能力,文章将配电网工程现场管控技术与无线掌上终端技术相结合,提出了应用于配电网工程现场管控的掌上终端系统的总体设计方案。所构建的配网工程管控APP及其支撑系统,涵盖了项目管理、施工前期、施工过程以及工程竣工验收的工程全过程管控。通过所提出的配网工程管控APP设计方案,既可及时发现配网工程施工现场的安全隐患,有效避免安全事故的发生;又可有效对配网工程进行监视,确保配网工程建设符合标准化建设的要求。此项研究对我国泛在电力物联网建设提供了一定的理论指导。
英文摘要:
      In order to meet the needs of safety control and construction quality control of distribution network construction, and effectively improve the site management and control ability of distribution network engineering, Combining site control technology of distribution network engineering with wireless handheld terminal technology, this paper proposes the overall architecture design scheme of the handheld terminal system applied to site control of distribution network engineering. The constructed distribution network engineering control APP and support system cover the whole process control of project management, pre-construction, construction process and project completion acceptance. Through the distribution network engineering control APP design proposed in this paper, it can not only discover the safety hazards in the construction site of the distribution network in time, but also effectively avoid the occurrence of safety accidents, and effectively monitor the distribution network project to ensure the construction of distribution network project to meet the requirements of standardization construction. This paper provides a certain theoretical guidance for the construction of ubiquitous power internet of things in China.
