      为了使配电网在线实时网络重构工作更加实际有效,提出了兼顾安全性和经济性的实时网络重构新方法。首先,选取网络损耗、负荷均衡度和电压偏差3个指标,建立系统运行性能指标;然后,利用层次分析法对多指标进行融合,形成综合性能指标,并对传统的网络重构编码方式进行改进,提高算法的寻优效率;最后,通过对含分布式电源的IEEE33节点系统进行仿真分析,得到了不同时段配电网的最优重构方案,验证了本方法的可行性及正确性。
英文摘要:
      In order to make the online real-time network reconstruction work of the distribution network more practical and effective, a new online real-time network reconstruction method considering security and economy is proposed.At,first, select three indicators of network loss, load balance and voltage deviation to establish system performance indicators.Then, the analytic hierarchy process is used to fuse multiple indicators to form a comprehensive performance index, and the traditional network reconstruction coding method is improved to improve the optimization efficiency of the algorithm.Finally, through the analysis of IEEE33 node system with distributed power supply, the reconstruction scheme of distribution network in different time periods is obtained, and the feasibility and correctness of the method are verified.
