      通信网络的安全性是智能电网稳定运行的重要保障。提出一种电网通信入侵检测技术,用于对高级计量设施(advanced metering infrastructure, AMI)中的威胁提供预先识别。该方法由基于互信息的特征选择与多个支持向量机的组合模型构成,用于检测智能电网的邻域网中的攻击。互信息通过分析不同特征与攻击之间的关系来选择分类器的输入特征,分类器是多个支持向量机分类器的集成,其中每个分类器仅检测特定模式的攻击。在真实数据集上的实验结果表明,该方法在入侵检测任务上的表现显著优于其他方法。
