      阐述了复杂结构产品径向与周向位移测量的重要性,介绍了传统位移测量的局限与不足之处,提出了一种基于微光纤探头及光学成像技术的位移测试系统。从测试系统的结构组成、工作原理、标定系统、位移计算、图像数字化处理、界面设计等几个方面进行了详细的分析、设计和计算,并论述了该测试系统的创新点和技术进步之处,在同类行业中具有一定的借鉴价值。
英文摘要:
      The importance of radial and circumferential displacement measurement for complex structural products was expounded, the limitations and shortcomings of traditional displacement measurement were introduced,a displacement measurement system based on micro-fiber probe and optical imaging technology was proposed. The test system was analyzed, designed and calculated from the structure, working principle, calibration system, displacement calculation, digital image processing and interface design in detail, further more, the innovation and technological progress of the test system were also discussed.which proved that the test system had certain reference value in similar industries.
