中文摘要:
      针对构建我国智能变电站信息一体化平台,打破系统信息孤岛,实现变电站的全景数据采集和数据共享。本文在智能变电站信息一体化平台基础上,提出了一种基于改进的混合高斯模型的变电站设备视频中运动异常状态的检测方法,使其可以准确提取周期性运动像素并更新背景模型。并通过算例验证了该方法的有效性和准确性,结果表明,改进方法对智能变电站视频运动目标识别效果非常好。本研究为我国智能变电站的故障监测、智能保护和恶劣环境运行提供参考和借鉴。
