中文摘要:
      我国西北地区具有大规模的风电等可再生装机,但受风速等自然条件影响,可再生能源出力具有较强的随机波动性,同时,需求侧负荷受用户用电行为影响,也具有一定的随机性。有研究表明,探究电力系统供需双侧随机性,并提出对应的协调优化方法,对于平抑需求侧峰谷差和促进风电等新能源消纳具有重要的理论价值和实际意义,但目前相关领域研究较少。为此,本文提出了一个供需双侧互动的随机机组组合模型,用于大规模新能源发电与需求侧负荷双侧耦合模式下的调度优化,并采用实际案例与传统有序用电模式及需求响应竞价模式进行对比,验证了所提双侧耦合模式的有效性和优越性。
