      我国电网已发展为融合了信息网络、计算机网络、电力网络的三元复合网络,现有电力信息检测技术主要针对发电、输电、变电环节,在配电端缺少行之有效的电力信息检测手段。因此,提出了一种基于PLR时间序列数据提取与维诺图异常数据检测的分析方法。本方案采用PLR算法实现原始电力数据序列的线性分段,获取新的数据序列。再采用维诺图对新的数据序列进行二维平面分区,根据生成的点集通过离群值函数判断是否存在数据异常点。仿真结果表明该方案能够有效识别数据序列中的异常数据,能够为电力人员提供辅助性决策依据。
英文摘要:
      The power grid in China has been developed into a combination of information network, computer network and power network. The existing power information detection technology is mainly aimed at power generation, transmission and substation, and lack of effective power information detection means in the distribution terminal. Therefore, this paper proposes an analysis method based on PLR time series data extraction and VOD anomaly data detection. In this scheme, PLR algorithm is used to realize the linear segmentation of the original power data sequence and obtain the new data sequence. Then used the VOD to partition the new data sequence in two dimensions, and judge whether there is data Outlier Based on the outliers function generated by the point set. The simulation results show that the scheme can effectively identify outliers in the data sequence and provide auxiliary decision-making basis for the power workers.
