      近年来,电力电子化导致供电系统的电能质量明显恶化,次同步谐振问题时有发生。实现动态谐波相量的广域同步测量,是监测供电系统谐波含量及其动态变化水平,解决上述问题的关键手段之一。然而,频率偏移较大时,现有的谐波相量测量算法难以同时满足准确度高和计算量小的工程应用要求。本文基于香农采样定理对动态谐波相量进行建模,增加频率自适应调节,按信号实际频率确定并选取谐波相量测量滤波器,还依据对模型误差的理论分析,设计各谐波相量测量滤波器的频带宽度,从而提高谐波相量测量的准确度。计算量统计分析和仿真实验结果表明,本文提出的谐波相量测量新算法,不仅计算量小,而且准确度明显高于现有的泰勒傅里叶变换算法,十分适合于工程应用。
