      在混杂系统故障诊断中,系统的不确定性与外界的干扰导致诊断过程出现大量误报、漏报现象,针对上述问题,提出由混杂系统诊断键合图(HDBG)模型获得系统全局解析冗余关系(GARRs),根据GARRs由正常工作模式下系统参数的不确定性获得自适应阈值,将自适应阈值与模糊方法相结合,实现对不确定性混杂系统参数性故障的故障检测与隔离(FDI)。本文以飞跨电容型三电平逆变器为研究对象,在20-sim软件中进行仿真,仿真结果验证了该方法的可行性和优越性。
英文摘要:
      In the fault diagnosis of hybrid systems, the uncertainty of the system and the interference of the outside world lead to a large number of false positives and false alarms in the diagnosis process. To solve the above problems, a global analytical redundancy relationships (GARRs) is obtained by using the hybrid diagnostic bond graph (HDBG) model. according to the GARRs, the uncertainties of system parameters under normal working mode, gets the adaptive threshold. Combining the adaptive threshold with the fuzzy method, it realizes the fault detection and isolation (FDI) of parametric faults in uncertain hybrid systems. In this paper, the flying capacitive three-level inverters are studied and simulated in 20-sim software. The simulation results verify the feasibility and superiority of this method.
