      将电网中不对称负荷产生的基波负序电能作为研究对象,以合理计量电能为研究目的,首先分析了不对称负荷产生的负序电能对电能计量的影响,针对现有有功电能计量方法存在的问题提出了一种考虑不平衡责任的奖罚性电能计量新方法。其次,采用功率分解的方法将PCC点处的负序有功功率分解为系统侧和用户侧产生的负序有功功率。再次,基于IEEE Std.1459-2010功率理论提出了一种定量评估不平衡责任的新指标—负序视在功率,给出了不平衡责任的具体计算方法,并根据不平衡责任值设置了奖罚系数的参考值。最后,设计具体的仿真算例,验证了在负序污染严重的电网中,采用所提奖罚性电能计量新方法更加公平、合理。
英文摘要:
      Taking the negative sequence electric energy generated by asymmetric load in power grid as the research object, and aiming at the reasonable metering of electric energy, the influence of negative sequence power generated by asymmetric load on the metering of electric energy is first analyzed. In this paper, a new method of rewarding and punishing electric energy metering considering unbalanced responsibility is proposed for the existing problems of active power metering methods. Secondly, the power decomposition method is used to decompose the negative sequence active power at the PCC point into the utility side and the customer side negative sequence active power. Thirdly, based on IEEE Std.1459-2010 power theory, a new index of quantitative assessment of unbalanced responsibility, negative sequential apparent power, and a specific calculation method of unbalanced responsibility are given, and a reward and punishment coefficient reference value is set according to the unbalanced responsibility value. Finally, a concrete simulation example is designed to verify that the new method of rewarding and punishing electric energy metering is more fair and reasonable in the grid with serious negative sequence pollution.
