      针对智能电能表在高严寒、高海拔、高湿热、高盐雾、高干热等典型环境下运行时故障率高、可靠性降低的情况,本文分析了典型地域特征对智能电能表运行可靠性的影响因素,选取层次结构作为可靠性指标体系的基本数据结构,提出了典型环境下智能电能表可靠性指标体系。本文基于层次分析理论和熵理论,提出了一种改进熵权法,用于典型环境下智能电能表可靠性指标的量化分析和权重计算。本文基于地域差异建立的智能电能表可靠性指标体系与指标量化方法,更加有效的完善了智能电能表的评价体系,提高了国家电网对于智能电能表的管理水平,为国网公司开展差异化招投标及电能表制造工艺控制提供技术支撑。
英文摘要:
      According to high failure rate and low reliability of intelligent watt-hour meter in the typical environment of high cold, high altitude, high humidity and heat, high salt fog, high dry and heat, this paper analyses the influence factors of typical environment on the operation reliability of intelligent watt-hour meter, chooses hierarchical structure as the basic data structure of reliability index system , and establishes an index system for evaluating the reliability of intelligent watt-hour meters in typical environments. In this paper, based on analytic hierarchy process and entropy theory, an improved entropy weight method is proposed to quantify the reliability index of intelligent watt-hour meter and compute the weights in typical environment. In this paper, the reliability index system and index quantification method of intelligent watt-hour meter based on regional differences, effectively perfects the evaluation system of intelligent watt-hour meter, improves the management level of intelligent watt-hour meter in the State Grid, provides technical support for the State Grid Corporation to carry out differentiated bidding and process control of watt-hour meter manufacturing.
