      为更全面地把握高压电能计量技术进步发展脉络,助力新型高压电能计量设备推广应用,文章较系统地梳理了传统以及新型高压电能计量设备的构建原理、实现方案、功能特点及适用范围,且以高压电能表为代表,重点阐述了新型高压电能计量设备的工作原理和技术优势,以及与高压电能计量设备相互促进、不断进步的高压电能计量技术的新变化、新特点及新优势。还总结了高压电能计量设备的各类检验技术,包括综合误差评价、整体检验以及现场/在线检验等;论述了发展高压电能计量设备整体检验技术的必要性,并梳理了相应检验装置的构成、工作原理和技术特点。最后,展望了高压电能计量设备及其检验技术的发展趋势。
英文摘要:
      In order to comprehend the progress of the development of high-voltage electric energy metering technology and promote the application of new measurement equipments of high-voltage electrical energy, it is systematically summarized the construction principle, technical scheme, characteristics and application of the traditional and new measurement equipments of high-voltage electrical energy. Represented by high-voltage electric energy meter, it is reviewed the working principle and technical advantages of new measurement equipments of high-voltage electrical energy as well as new changes, new features and new advantages of the high-voltage electric energy metering technology that promotes and continuously advances with these measurement equipments. It also summarizes various calibration techniques of measurement equipments of high-voltage electrical energy, including comprehensive error evaluation, overall calibration and on-site/online calibration. It discusses the necessity of developing the overall calibration technology and explains the corresponding overall calibration device in detail, including structure, working principle and characteristics. Finally, the development trend of high-voltage energy metering equipment and its calibration technology is forecasted.
