      智能电能表作为电能计量装置的核心设备,其运行状态直接影响着电能计量的准确性和公平性,因此对电能表运行状态进行准确评价至关重要。针对现有的电能表状态评价方式存在的问题,提出了一种新型电能表运行状态评价方法。以电能表现场试验、基本信息和运行监测指标为基础建立了运行状态评价体系;针对评价体系指标众多,各项指标重要性横向比较困难、缺乏客观性的问题,建立了基于模糊层次分析法(FAHP)的运行状态评价模型;考虑到异常状态值的淹没问题,提出了通过权重自适应调整对运行状态评价模型的改进,动态反映各个指标对电能表的影响。算例分析证明了FAHP可得到合理的评价权重系数,权重自适应调整算法避免了单个子指标异常越限的淹没,评价结果更加准确、合理。

      As%20the%20core%20equipment%20of%20electric%20energy%20metering%20device,%20the%20operating%20state%20of%20smart%20meter%20directly%20affects%20the%20accuracy%20and%20fairness%20of%20electric%20energy%20metering.%20Therefore,%20it%20is%20very%20important to accurately%20evaluate%20the%20operating%20state%20of%20smart%20meter.%20Aiming%20at%20the%20problems%20existing%20in%20the%20current%20state%20evaluation%20method,%20a%20new%20evaluation%20method%20of%20operating%20state%20is%20proposed.%20On%20the%20basis%20of%20performance%20field%20test,%20basic%20information%20and%20operation%20monitoring%20of%20smart%20meter,%20the%20evaluation%20system%20of%20operation%20status%20is%20established;%20Considering%20that%20there%20are%20many%20indicators%20in%20the%20evaluation%20system,%20the%20importance%20of%20each%20index%20is%20difficult%20and%20lack%20of%20objectivity,%20the%20evaluation%20model%20of%20based%20on%20fuzzy%20analytic%20hierarchy%20process%20(FAHP)%20is%20established;%20To%20solve%20the%20problem%20of%20flooding%20the%20abnormal%20state%20value,%20an%20improved%20evaluation%20model%20based%20on%20weight%20adaptive%20adjustment%20is%20proposed.%20The%20case%20study%20proves%20that%20the%20FAHP%20can%20obtain%20the%20reasonable%20operating%20state%20evaluation%20weight%20coefficient%20by%20calculation.%20And%20the%20weight%20adaptive%20adjustment%20algorithm%20avoids%20the%20flooding%20of%20the%20single%20sub-indicator%20abnormality%20and%20the%20evaluation%20result%20is%20more%20accurate%20and%20reasonable.
