      智能电能表全生命周期管理离不开“互联网+”的构建,介绍了智能电能表全生命周期管理云服务平台的设计理念与方法,提出了基于云服务平台的应用场景的规划原则,分析了监管机构、电力公司、生产企业和社会公众在智能电能表全生命周期管理方面的现状与痛点,并根据规划原则设计和研究了针对这些现状与痛点的应用场景,包括应用场景的设计思路和实施框架,为云服务平台的建设奠定了基础,为智能电能表全生命周期管理提供了新的方向和方法。
英文摘要:
      The whole life cycle management of intelligent electric energy meters is inseparable from the construction of "Internet +". The design concept and method of cloud service platform for life cycle management of intelligent electric energy meter are introduced. The planning principle of application scenario based on cloud service platform is proposed. The current situation and needs of regulators, power companies, production enterprises and the public in the life cycle management of intelligent electric energy meters are analyzed, and the application scenarios according to the planning principles, including the design ideas and implementation framework of the application scenarios are designed and studied. A foundation for the construction of cloud service platform is laid and a new direction and method for the life cycle management of intelligent electric energy meters is provided.
