      为解决电子式电流互感器贸易结算的评价影响因素复杂和主观性强难以定量分析的问题,文中提出了一种基于灰色关联度算法的电子式电流互感器贸易结算评估方法。首先,深入分析电子式电流互感器贸易结算风险的主要影响因素,从准确性因素、运行稳定性因素、环境因素以及人为因素四个方面构建了电子式电流互感器贸易结算风险综合评价指标体系,再将每个一级指标细分为若干个定量或定性的二级指标,并给出了每一个二级指标的理想值。其次,应用灰色关联度算法对构建的电子式电流互感器贸易结算风险综合评估指标体系进行分析,使最终评价结果更加客观、准确,为电网企业进行电子式电流互感器运行维护提供参考。最后,通过江苏地区的若干设备进行分析,验证了该模型的合理性及有效性。
英文摘要:
      The trade settlement of electronic current transformers have many problems, including complex influencing factors of evaluation indicators, and it is difficult to make quantitative analysis for subjective attitude. In this paper, an risk assessment evaluation method of electricity for trade settlement of electronic current transformers based on grey relevance degree algorithm is presented. Firstly, it mainly analyzes the influence factors of trade settlement for electronic current transformers. A comprehensive evaluation indexes system is proposed from the fourth aspect of the accuracy factor, operational stability factor, environment factor and human factor. Then, each first-level indicator is divided into some quantitative or qualitative secondary indicators and the ideal value of each secondary indicator is presented. Secondly, it applies grey relevance degree algorithm to analyze the comprehensive evaluation index system of trade settlement risk of electronic current transformers, and makes the evaluation result more objective and accurate. It can provide the reference for operation and maintenance of electronic current transformers. Finally, a case of equipment of JiangSu province validates the rationality and effectiveness of the proposed method in this paper.
