      提出了一种仅利用有限个PMU对输电线路实现广域保护。首先在满足故障完全可观性的条件下,利用二进制整数线性规划求解PMU最小数量;然后计算装有PMU节点的正序电压幅值的最大与最小瞬时值之差的绝对值,得到该绝对值最大的节点。再利用基尔霍夫电流定律确定故障距离以及故障线路。最后在IEEE9节点系统上的仿真验证了所提模型的有效性,在不同负荷水平、外部故障、频率波动、量测和同步误差、不同故障类型以及故障初相角下都有较高的鲁棒性。
