      数字化电能表硬件结构较电子式电能表大为简化,计量性能也存在明显差异性,通过国家标准检测的数字化电能表现场运行过程中仍出现误差超差及长期计量失准的情况,表明现有检测项目及试验方法存在一定的不足。为确保数字化电能表现场运行的准确性和可靠性,本文从数字化电能表工作原理出发,在现有检测规范的基础上,针对性提出检测项目及相关试验方法。通过试验测试及现场验证表明,本文提出的电能计量算法适应性检测项目能有效用于评估数字化电能表计量性能,为相关数字化电能表检测规范提供参考,具有一定的实际意义。
英文摘要:
      Compared with the electronic watt-hour meter, the digital input electricity meter hardware structure is greatly simplified, and the measurement performance has obvious differences. The digital input electricity meter detected by the national standard still has large errors and long-term mismeasurement phenomenon in the field, indicating that the existing detection items and test methods have some deficiencies.In order to ensure the accuracy and reliability of digital input electricity meter field operation, this article starts from working principle of the digital input electricity meter, on the basis of the existing test specification, targeted put forward the detection items and test method, through the test and field running show that the proposed test items can effectively used to evaluate digital input electricity meter measuring performance, provide a reference for digital input electricity meter testing, has a certain practical significance.
