      电网检修工作票中蕴含大量有价值的信息,通过历史工作票的检索利用可以有效辅助检修工作票的决策,传统检索方法效率低、工作量大且无法实现历史工作票的全面有效参考。基于此,提出一种基于文本挖掘的电网检修工作票辅助决策方法。首先分析并归纳传统工作票检索的局限性及工作票文本的特点;之后结合电力知识对文本进行预处理,根据表述不规范等问题,提出一种包含主词和辅词的改进双层词袋模型;最后利用余弦相似度实现检修设备关键信息与历史场景间的多变量相似性匹配,将匹配结果进行降序排列。通过挖掘工作票间隐含的内在联系,实现相似、相关联工作票的识别与提取,为调度员制定工作票提供更精确、全面的决策支持,促使电网向智能化方向发展。基于实际电网算例表明文中所提方法的可行性与有效性。
英文摘要:
      The power grid maintenance work ticket contains a lot of valuable information, and the retrieval and utilization of historical work ticket can effectively assist in the decision-making of maintenance work ticket. The traditional retrieval method is inefficient and has a large workload and cannot achieve a comprehensive and effective reference for historical work tickets. Based on this, an assistant decision-making method of power grid maintenance work ticket based on text mining is proposed. Firstly, the limitations of traditional work ticket retrieval and the features of work ticket text are analyzed and summarized. Then the text is pre-processed with power knowledge. According to the problem of non-standardization of text expression, an improved double-layer bag-of-words (BOW) model containing subject words and auxiliary words is proposed. Finally, the cosine similarity is used to achieve multivariate similarity matching between the key information of the maintenance equipment and the historical scene, and the matching results are arranged in descending order. Through the digging of implicit links between work tickets, the identification and extraction of similar and related work tickets can be realized, providing more accurate and comprehensive decision-making support for dispatchers to make working tickets., and promote the development of power grid in the direction of intellectualization. Based on the actual power grid example, the feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed method are shown.
