      本文对区域电网影响程度最大,影响范围最广的稳态电能质量问题的现状、分析方法和治理技术开展了综述。分析了区域电网中典型的谐波源及其谐波特征,简述了谐波对区域电网的影响,分主动和被动两类介绍了主要的谐波治理措施。分析了区域电网三相不平衡问题的来源、现状及危害,重点介绍了相关标准及不平衡度计算方法,介绍了解决三相不平衡问题的运行措施和治理设备。分析了区域电网低电压问题的现状、产生机理及危害,分析了低电压监测存在的问题并总结了相应的治理技术。最后指出了治理区域电网稳态电能质量问题的关键。
英文摘要:
      In this paper, the status quo, analysis methods and treatment technologies of steady-state power quality problems with the greatest impact and the widest impact on regional power grids are reviewed. The typical harmonic sources and their harmonic characteristics in the regional power grid are analyzed. The influence of harmonics on the regional power grid is briefly described. The main harmonic control measures are introduced in two categories: active and passive. The source, current situation and harm of three-phase unbalance in regional power grid are analyzed. The relevant standards and calculation methods of unbalance degree are emphatically introduced. The operation measures and treatment equipment to solve the three-phase unbalance problem are introduced. The current situation, mechanism and harm of low voltage problem in regional power grid are analyzed. The existing problems of low voltage monitoring are analyzed and the corresponding treatment technologies are summarized. Finally, the key to control the steady-state power quality of regional power grid is pointed out.
