Because the terminal of the precision load control system adopts the distributed deployment mode,it also has the characteristics of directional and precise cutting of the specified load of the power grid.This paper proposes a communication scheme for a precise load control system, and gives the communication architecture,interface and protocol scheme of each level of the system.Combined with the Zhejiang Engineering Communication Design Scheme of Precision Load Control System,the simulation test method of the communication scheme of the precision load control system is expounded,and the key techniques of simulation test for precision load control system are expounded.The simulation test system applied to the precision load control system is designed. The software and hardware platform and internal processing mechanism of the simulation test system are given.In addition,this paper lists test case design methods and a solution that can maximizes the simulation of precision load control systems to maximize deployment. Finally,the application examples of the simulation test system in terms of guaranteeing system reliability and stability are listed.
