      随着智能电表的广泛普及,对电表运行状态进行科学评估从而合理安排检修而显得尤为重要。综合分析智能电表产品和工作特性,基于运行可靠性、运行性能、电网运行环境和外部运行环境四方面因素建立智能电表状态评估模型,利用熵权法确定评估指标权重,通过正态云模型解决评估指标的定量性问题,对智能电表的运行状态进行综合评估。由实例分析可知,该方法能够计算出智能电表不同运行状态的云隶属度,根据最终状态评估结果合理安排检验策略,及时排除智能电表运行隐患。
英文摘要:
      With the widely using of smart meters, it is necessary to evaluate working status of the smart meter reasonably for proper maintenance. Taken product properties and operating characteristics of the smart meter into consideration, assessment system of smart meter working status was established which combines operation reliability, running performance, grid operating environment and outside running environment. Weights of assessment indexes were determined by means of entropy weight method. Normal cloud model was applied to solve the quantitative issue of evaluation indexes. Case analysis shows that: cloud memberships of every index of different working status can be calculated as well as the final membership. It is essential to arrange inspection strategy for each work status and eliminate running hidden troubles immediately.
