      针对开关保护类电器产品进行电气寿命试验发生故障缺少有效监测方法,当故障发生时对试验系统缺少有效保护的问题,提出一种电气寿命试验监测方法,并设计保护装置。首先归纳总结试验参数的特点,建立故障模型;然后设计硬件电路和软件程序,制作监测保护装置的样机;最后选择某型号低压交流断路器进行电气寿命试验,通过模拟故障的发生用来验证该装置的有效性。研究结果表明,该装置准确监测到故障的发生并自动采取了保护措施,保证了试验系统的安全。该方法和装置还可以应用在与电气寿命试验相类似的试验中,解决其缺少监测保护的问题。
英文摘要:
      For the electrical life test of switch protection electrical products, there is no effective monitoring method for failure. When a failure occurs, the test system lacks effective protection. An electrical life test monitoring method was proposed, and a protection device was designed. Firstly, the characteristics of test parameters were summarized and some fault models were established. And then the hardware circuit and software program were designed to make monitoring and protection device. Finally, a certain type of low-voltage AC circuit breaker was selected for electrical life test, and the simulated failures were applied to verify the effectiveness of device. The research results show that the device accurately detects the occurrence of faults and automatically takes protective measures to ensure the safety of test system. The method and device can also be applied in other tests to solve the problem of lack of monitoring and protection.
