      天然酯变压器油因不饱和脂肪酸含量较高而易氧化,而变压器因储油罐与空气作用或密封设备产生泄漏等原因,会导致油中溶解微量的氧气。基于此,本文对微氧作用下天然酯变压器油的热老化特性进行了研究,分析了不同老化时间下油样的电气性能、油色谱特性以及两者之间的皮尔逊相关系数。结果表明:适时微氧作用能在一定程度上延缓天然酯变压器油电气性能的降低;天然酯变压器油纸绝缘热老化的特征气体为CO2和C2H6;天然酯变压器油的电气性能与油色谱中CO2-C2H6(油样中溶解的CO2与C2H6的百分比之差)之间存在强相关性。
英文摘要:
      Natural ester transformer oil is easy to oxidize due to its high content of unsaturated fatty acid, while the transformer will dissolve a small amount of oxygen in the oil due to the effect of oil tank and air or leakage of sealing equipment. Based on this, the thermal aging characteristics of natural ester transformer oil under micro-oxygen were studied, the electrical properties, oil chromatogram characteristics and Pearson correlation coefficient of the oil samples under different aging time are analyzed. The results show that the electrical properties of natural ester transformer oil can be delayed to some extent by the action of timely micro-oxygen; the characteristic gases of thermal aging of oil-paper insulation of natural ester transformer are CO2 and C2H6; there is a strong correlation between the electrical properties of natural ester transformer oil and CO2-C2H6 (the percentage difference between dissolved CO2 and C2H6 in oil samples) in the oil chromatogram.
