      新能源发电离不开逆变器等电力电子设备,随着电力电子设备大量接入电网,致使电网电能质量下降,引起电压谐波超标,而输电线路电网电压谐波测量目前只能在变电站内部借助于PT/CVT柜进行间接测量,由于受PT/CVT本身滤波特性及系统接线方式的影响导致电压谐波测量精度降低,严重影响了对电网电压谐波的准确真实判断,为此设计了一种基于电场强度法的测量高压输电线路电压谐波信号的新方法,该方法通过电场耦合原理直接获得电压谐波信号,并运用快速傅里叶变换(FFT)加Hanning窗算法对谐波测量数据进行分析处理,解决了2-32次及3-31次谐波准确测量问题,实现了对谐波含量的直接测量,经实际测试测量精度满足国家标准B级GB/T19862要求,谐波检测仪为高压输电线路谐波的直接检测提供了一种简便快捷的方法,具有很好的实用价值。
