      作为电力电子装置的智能软开关(SOP)能够代替传统配电网的联络开关,它的应用提高了配电网运行的灵活性。针对含SOP的配电网供电恢复问题,文中提出了SOP和联络开关协同恢复供电的策略。该策略通过动态规划确定恢复过程中联络开关的操作顺序,并在动态规划的每个阶段采用二阶锥规划解决SOP的控制模式切换问题。采用IEEE 33节点系统作为测试的算例,从恢复效果层面验证了所提多阶段供电恢复优化策略的可行性,仿真结果表明该策略不仅能实现失电区域最大程度恢复供电,还能充分发挥SOP的作用。
英文摘要:
      Soft open point (SOP) as a power electronic device can replace the traditional distribution network"s tie switch, and its application improves the flexibility of the distribution network operation. For the problem of power supply recovery of distribution network with SOP, this paper proposes a strategy for cooperative recovery of power supply between SOP and tie switch. The strategy determines the operational sequence of the tie switch during the recovery process through dynamic programming, and uses the second-order cone plan to solve the control model switching problem of the SOP at each stage of the dynamic programming. As a test example, the IEEE 33 node system verifies the feasibility of the multi-stage power restoration optimization strategy from the recovery effect. The simulation results show that the strategy can not only achieve the maximum power recovery in the power loss area, but also fully utilize the effect of SOP.
