      大型电力变压器作为电网系统中重要的一次设备,绝缘油中溶解气体组分的检测是有效监测其运行状况的技术之一。与油中溶解气体的气相色谱分析、物理化学传感等检测方法相比,利用光谱法对于变压器油中溶解气体的检测具备非接触式、抗电磁干扰能力强、免标定等优点,未来的应用前景被工业界和学术界看好。针对传统变压器油色谱分析存在误差大、流程步骤繁琐、检测周期较长等缺点,本文主要将新技术应用于现场实用,提出一种基于光声光谱检测法的新型变压器油中溶解气体在线检测方法,并研制出一套基于新型检测方法的在线检测分析系统,该系统采用分布式拓扑结构,具体分析现场监测层、变电站层和远程监控层三个层次的功能模块,并成功应用于某市220kV变压器中,对比其历史检测数据验证了该检测方法的有效性和所研制在线检测系统的稳定性。
英文摘要:
      The detection of dissolved gases in online oil is one of the important items in the state evaluation of high-pressure oil-immersed power transformers. Compared with the gas chromatographic analysis and physical chemical sensing methods of dissolved gases in oil. The future application prospects are industrial. The world and the academic community are optimistic. Aiming at the shortcomings of traditional transformer oil chromatographic analysis, such as large error, complicated operation procedure and long detection period. This paper mainly applied new technologies to the field, developing a new remote online analysis system for dissolved gas spectrum in transformer oil. The system adopts distributed topology structure, firstly analyzes the on-site monitoring layer. Three levels of functional modules, substation layer and remote monitoring layer, developed a complete set of real-time acquisition monitoring and analysis software, and successfully applied to a 220kV transformer in a city, compared with the historical detection data to verify the system"s Effectiveness and stability.
