      对车用IGBT的驱动电路与关断保护电路的原理进行分析,提出一种新的开关过电压保护电路,通过驱动电路与保护电路进行配合达到对动态的电压上升的控制,最终稳定地驱动IGBT并保护IGBT不会因过压而损坏。通过在PSpice中建立仿真原理图并进行仿真,由仿真结果证实了该电路可以有效抑制IGBT关断过程中产生过电压,保护IGBT关断,从而提高电路的稳定性。
英文摘要:
      This paper analyzes the principle of driving circuit and switching off protection circuit of IGBT for vehicle, puts forward a new switching over-voltage protection circuit, through the cooperation of driving circuit and protection circuit to achieve the control of dynamic voltage rise, finally drives IGBT stably and protects IGBT from damage due to over-voltage. Through the establishment and simulation of simulation schematic diagram in PSpice , the simulation results prove that the circuit can effectively suppress the over-voltage generated in the process of IGBT shutdown, protect IGBT shutdown, and improve the stability of the circuit.
