      针对新疆电网网架延伸及大量电源的投运,母线短路电流不断增大,部分区域甚至超过额定断开电流的问题,提出适应新疆地区的短路电流限制措施。文章首先分析新疆电网网架结构,在此基础上,讨论新疆大级差电源密集型电网造成的区域短路电流较大的问题,然后从优化电网运行方式、加装变压器中性点小电抗和新型限流设备的应用等方面对限流措施展开分析,最后提出适应当前区域的短路电流综合治理方案。结果表明,在考虑适用性和经济性的前提下,本文提出的综合治理方案有效地解决了新疆电网发展过程中存在的短路电流超标问题。
英文摘要:
      Aiming at the extension of the grid of Xinjiang power grid and the commissioning of a large number of power sources, the short-circuit current of the busbar is increasing continuously, and some areas even exceed the rated breaking current. The short-circuit current limiting measures adapted to Xinjiang are proposed. Firstly, the paper analyzes the grid structure of Xinjiang Power Grid. On this basis, it discusses the problem of large regional short-circuit current caused by Xinjiang"s large-scale power-intensive grid, and then optimizes grid operation mode, installs transformer neutral point and small reactance and new limit. The application of the flow device analyzes the current limiting measures, and finally proposes a comprehensive short-circuit current control scheme adapted to the current region. The results show that under the premise of considering applicability and economy, the comprehensive management scheme proposed in this paper effectively solves the problem of short-circuit current exceeding the standard in the development process of Xinjiang Power Grid.
