中文摘要:
      近来智能变电站数字继电保护技术快速发展,构建信息交互通道可进一步提高保护性能。本文对IEC61850过程总线在110 kV/35kV变电站以太网交换环结构中的性能进行评价,并利用OPNET对过程总线上采样数据报文性能进行评估。为了减轻采样值丢失和延迟对数字中继算法的影响,提出了采样值估计的修正措施,并提出了一种采样值估计算法。最后利用PSCAD/EMTDC和MATLAB对该算法进行了仿真验证,结果表明提出的算法精度高,计算量少,可用于任何数字保护功能。
