      针对煤矿数据采集传输中各类总线通信方案存在传输效率低,准确性差,统筹管理难等问题,提出一种多总线融合通信方案,并进行系统软硬件设计。系统以RS485总线连接传感设备完成数据采集与发送,以CAN总线联系井下各分站实现数据共享,以Modbus TCP总线沟通井上和井下信息站点响应井下数据上传,构成通信三级网络链路。采用基于ARM核心的STM32控制单元协调三类总线间数据传输,自由转换不同通信协议,实现数据在整个网络中透明传输。测试结果表明传输延时控制在13 ms以内,系统实时性和可靠性得到了有效提高。

      Aiming at the problems of various bus communication schemes in coal mine data acquisition and transmission, such as low transmission efficiency, poor accuracy, and difficulty in overall management, a multi-bus fusion communication scheme is proposed, and system software and hardware design is performed. The system adopts RS485 bus to connect the sensing equipment to complete the data collection and transmission, and adopts CAN bus to connect the underground substations to achieve data sharing. ModbusTCP bus is used to communicate with the overground and underground information sites to respond to the underground data upload, forming a communication three-level network link. The system adopts the STM32 control unit based on the ARM core to coordinate data transmission among the three types of buses, and freely convert different communication protocols to achieve transparent transmission of data throughout the network. The test results show that the transmission delay is controlled within 13 ms, and the system real-time performance and reliability are effectively improved.
