      应用量子技术,建立新一代电能标准装置,可将量子电压校准过的标准采样值直接传递给数字化电能计量装置,从根本上解决数字化电能无法直接量传的问题。文章提出了交流量子电压分段驱动方案,实现了基于一路交流量子电压的功率计量,阐述了新一代电能标准装置中的电能标准量值传递路径,设计了新一代电能标准装置数据验证实验,经测试,数字电能表的电压、电流及功率的误差均小于4×10-6,新一代电能标准装置数字化电能测量结果合理。
英文摘要:
      A new generation of electric power metering standard equipment is established through using quantum technology, which can transmit the standard sampling values calibrated by quantum voltage to the digital electric power metering device directly, thus fundamentally solving the problem that the standard value cannot be directly transmitted to digital electric power metering devices. In this paper, the AC quantum voltage sectional drive scheme was proposed, and the power metering based on the one-way AC quantum voltage output was realized. The dissemination path in the new electric power standard value was elaborated, and a data validation experiment of a new generation of electric power standard equipment data was designed. The experimental testing results show that the error of voltage, current and power of the digital electric power meters are less than 4 x 10-6, and digital electric power measuring result of the new electric power standard is reasonable.
