      随着智能电网技术的不断发展,电量采集计量装置数量大幅增加,由于装置故障导致电量计量缺失的事件常有发生,严重影响了电力营销的正常运行,造成了较大的损失。为此,对电能计量管理系统造成电能量缺失的相关影响因素以及缺失量计算方法进行探究。文章介绍了电能量计量管理系统的基本结构和运行功能;基于电路理论,对不同类型电能量的计量算法进行分析,探究造成电量缺失的主要原因和缺失电量的计算方法,提出了基于计量自动化技术的缺失电量公式计算法。案例分析结果证明了所提方法能够准确计算电能缺失量,对减少企业经济损失、提升电力营销服务水平具有重要的指导意义。
英文摘要:
      With the continuous development of smart grid technology, the number of power collection and metering devices has increased significantly. The events of the lack of power measurement often occur due to device failure, which seriously affects the normal operation of power marketing, resulting in large losses. Therefore, this paper explores the relevant factors and calculation methods of the missing amount of electricity caused by the electric energy metering management system. The basic structure and operation function of the electric energy metering management system are introduced. Based on the circuit theory, this paper analyzes different types of electric energy metering algorithms, explores the main reasons for the lack of electricity and the calculation method of the lack of electricity, and puts forward the formula calculation method of the lack of electricity based on the metering automation technology. The case analysis results show that the method proposed in this paper can accurately calculate the amount of electricity loss, which is of great significance to reduce the economic loss of enterprises and improve the level of power marketing services.
