      基于FMECA相关理论与风险优先数方法,对智能电能表的关键元器件开展风险评估工作。针对故障树与FMEA方法不足,提出将FMECA方法应用于智能电能表的质量评估工作;依据智能电能表的实际情况对风险优先数方法进行了优化;结合某省2018年智能电能表故障统计数据,对智能电能表关键元器件进行风险评估并给出排序结果,为智能电能表的设计、生产与质量提升工作提供参考依据。
英文摘要:
      The risk assessment of key components for smart meters is carried out based on FMECA related theory and risk priority number method. Aiming at the deficiency of FTA and FMEA methods, the application of FMECA method to the quality evaluation of smart meters is proposed in this paper. Then, the risk priority number method is appropriately adjusted based on the actual situation of the smart meter. Finally, the risk assessment and ranking results of key components of the smart meter are conducted in conjunction with the failure of the smart meter in a province in the State Grid in 2018, which provide reference for design, production and quality improvement of smart meter manufactures.
