      大规模电动汽车(electric vehicle,EV)接入电网进行无序充电,会增大负荷峰谷差并造成“峰上加峰”的问题。为此,本文提出一种新的分时电价策略引导EV参与需求响应,并基于此进行了负荷预测。首先,为了刻画EV接入对电网的影响,建立了考虑EV随机特性的充电负荷模型;进而,为了引导EV有序充电,构建了电价与系统负荷逐个时段的映射关系,提出了新的多时段分时电价策略以克服传统分时电价更新周期长、对当日实际负荷峰谷变化反映不灵敏的缺点;然后基于所建立的电价引导策略,对计及需求响应后的EV负荷进行了预测。结果表明,所提多时段分时电价需求响应机制能够合理地分配EV的充电时段,有效减小系统负荷峰谷差。
