:
配电网供电电压合格率评价采用分类、抽样、加权计算区域电压合格率,存在以点带面,不能反映局部和时段特性等问题。融合配电SCADA系统、营销系统、地理信息系统等多源数据。提出户-变-线-站分层聚合,分析配电网电压的空间特性;基于高频的采样信息,提出分时段计算馈线、台变供电电压合格率,并识别警示时段,分析局部电压的时间特性。实现对配电网供电电压合格率的时空特性精细刻画。广西某配电网数据计算显示,提出的电压时空特性分析方法能够精确反映配电网电压细节,对馈线、台变供电电压不合格率进行排序,并识别出时段性低电压。
